Apstrakt

Zaposleni u zdravstvenim organizacijama, njihova znanja i sposobnosti, predstavlјaju fundamentalnu determinantu kvaliteta pružene zdravstvene zaštite. Da bi se obezbedile dobre performanse zdravstvenih organizacija, potrebno je adekvatno motivisati zaposlene, pri čemu se kao faktor ističe i dizajn posla. Kao način strukturiranja obaveza i radnih aktivnosti, dizajn posla determiniše stepen motivacije i zadovolјstva poslom zdravstvenih radnika, pa je stoga cilј rada da se istraže klјučne karakteristike dizajna posla zdravstvenih organizacija. Rezultati analize su pokazali da se poslovi zdravstvenih organizacija uglavnom dizajniraju tako da se koristi intelekt zaposlenih, obezbedi raznovrsnost posla, sigurno i čisto radno okruženje.
