Abstract

In modern business conditions, enterprises are in need of continuous improvement and improvement of their business. After intensifying competition, companies are in a position to find new ways to create new value, profit. The concept of business process management is not new. Since the 1970s, this concept has been incorporated into modern control tools, primarily focused on managing overall quality and reducing operating costs.The introduction of process orientation in the organization of a comprehensive approach to enterprise as a unified whole, compared to the traditional understanding of the company segmented the business functions, where the focus shifts from the results of the processes by which exercise results. When introducing process orientation, the crucial factor is information technology. This factor can also be limiting if technology is not sufficiently developed. Then, it is necessary to adapt information technology ogranizacionoj culture and its business strategy.Effects of the introduction of process orientation of the company are reflected in the flexibility and optimization of operations, which are gaining in importance in the late 1990s and 2000s the development of modern information and telecommunication technologies and the advent of the Internet and web services. After the comparison between the traditional and the process of organizing oriented you will see that the process organization in all superior to traditional.
