Abstract

Employees in health organizations, their knowledge and skills, are a fundamental determinant of the quality of health care. In order to ensure good performance of health organizations, it is necessary to motivate employees, with job design as a factor. As a way of structuring work, job design determines the degree of motivation and job satisfaction of employees, so the aim of the paper is to explore the key characteristics of job design of health organizations. The results of the analysis showed that the jobs of health organizations are mainly designed to use the intellect of employees, provide diversity of work, safe and clean working environment.
