Abstract

In the effort of theorists and practitioners to discover and study the key success factors of individual companies, it was found that this is a new understanding of quality, and the specific attitude of management and staff to their work and organization, which resulted in their great commitment. With changes in the environment, quality becomes the key value of successful business, a powerful tool in gaining market position and improving economic performance. The quality system is becoming a modern innovative tool for quality assurance and quality management, a need and minimum that every organization that wants to grow, develop and have a better future must establish and constantly improve. In order to establish a quality system, it is necessary for quality to become the dominant value in the organization and for the quality culture to make that system recognizable. It requires the characteristic spirit and trust of its employees, and is reflected in common norms of behavior and values of quality. The paper deals with establishing a culture of quality in the organization.
