Abstract

The paper examines the salary system and the impact it has on the quality of business operations in the organization. Quality is the driving force of management and a means to improve business, and human resources represent the most significant strategic and competitive advantage in the organization. Overall managerial and organizational success depends on the approach to human resources management. Rewarding employees is one of the areas of human resources management, and the salary system includes all material rewards that the employer gives to employees in exchange for the work invested. The issue of wages is one of the most important issues in the relationship between employers and employees, which simultaneously has a strong impact on the quality of processes, products and services. Considering the role of human resources in achieving business competitiveness, the salary system must be of a motivational nature that supports the achievement of quality in the organization.).
