Abstract

In the last twenty years, women have made significant progress in health, education, politics and economics. Entrepreneurship is a key instrument for economic development and sustainability around the world. Women make up half the world population, therefore it is necessary to allow them to constructively participate in the economic activities in their countries. Knowledge, skills, motivation and respect encourage female in entrepreneurship, hence women stimulate and inspire each other to start their own business. The main issue is the lack of comprehensive studies that indicate certain factors which are affecting the success of women in entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The purpose of the study is to research existing literature and support arguments, with relevant evidence, which are recognized as significant in acquirement of successful female entrepreneur. Along with the study, co-author of the paper will found their own business and monitor development and success in the market.
