Modern conditions of functioning of the mineral sectors and mineral economy characterized by transitional turbolent and variability, which is reflected in the material and financial aspects of the exploration and production of various mineral raw materials. Part of affecting factors is the internal type of the company as a business entity, a part of the external type of factors in the whole mining sector and mineral economy of the country, but also international influence. It is in a group of external factors particularly pronounced impact of international mineral economy and the complex events at the local and global markets of mineral raw materials. Rebound effects of such transitional variable production and financial situation has been manifested in the field of investments, which are planned, implemented and provide the mineral sector. Subscribe specifics of the current trends and developments in the mining sector as a result of the transitional mineral economy, which adds to the complexity of the operation and functioning of the corresponding production systems. The complexity of the production in the mining sector further contribute to contemporary trends and the needs of the application management of mineral resources, strategic management and other management, as well as the binding of the concept of sustainable development in modern mineral economy.
