Abstract

Plagued by war and political instability, BiH did not do much in the field of their economic recovery. In addition to domestic production, which has the potential to develop in some sectors, foreign investments in BiH should make another important component in their economic development. The inflow of foreign investment would lead to an increase in production and employment. For BiH, as a country in the transition process, foreign investment would mean a great support in that process. However, foreign investments require providing favorable business and political environment. These conditions BiH is not yet ready to fully satisfy.
