IMPACT MANAGERIAL MORAL TO EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION FOR EFFECTIVE BUSINESS COMPANIES
Abstract
All business organizations in the 21st century are faced with the question of how to use a variety of business models and strategies to find a solution for some of their problems and improve their business. To achieve enterprise efficiency it is necessary to motivate employees, and the great influence, even critical can have managerial morale. This paper talks about the impact of managerial had the motivation of employees. Of course it is necessary to give models that will help managers and employees in the company to achieve greater efficiency in the company. The management should affect employee motivation and the motivation of employees depends on the efficient operation of an enterprise. The job market is looking for future employees who have self-awareness, self-confidence, self-control, they are dedicated and honest, but the first to have the will to be part of the company and help companies to operate efficiently. Employee motivation can not be maintained without managerial should (or should and mutual employees) which is still the foundation of not only efficient business operations, but also the overall development and survival of the company.
