Abstract

Performance management is an integrated approach which includes planning, directing, coordinating and controlling activities of an organization in order to achieve the set goals. When considering the development of performance management and all the complex structure and the amount of data, the support of information technology (IT) proves to be essential in the processing of these data for performance management. It is hard to imagine that any model of performance management could successfully be implemented without adequate technological support. IT support is a key factor in successful performance management in the company.
