Abstract
It is generally believed that post-communist and post-communist societies are still in search of their own identity. In all the important areas of social life, there are expressive opposing attitudes that are usually defined as social conflicts that greatly slow down the development of society and the state. The sensitivity of these conflicts can be especially seen in the fields of economy, politics, culture, and worthwhile systems. Is the economic crisis in terms of complexity and length of life taken on by the character of the general social crisis and the situations that we are getting used to? Why is society abandoned without clear vision and strategy of development, why did we leave work? Why in the perception of ordinary people every business or other success is perceived mainly as a criminogenous, suspicious activity? Do we have a serious economic strategy and policy and how vulnerable it is to ideological and national manipulations? Does the company sufficiently promote knowledge, capital, profit, as the bearer of economic and overall social development? It seems that in time after communism we go a step forward and a few steps backwards.
