Abstract

In this paper, we examine the need for the development of a national project for the application of artificial intelligence as a response to geopolitical changes and uncertainty. We analyze how geopolitical factors have influenced the development of AI technologies in different countries and explore the potential benefits of AI in strengthening the national economy. The paper will present examples of AI projects that have been successfully implemented in other countries, as well as strategies for adapting these models at the national level. Finally, guidelines and recommendations will be defined for the development of a national AI project, including policies, research priorities, and partnership initiatives, to ensure long-term economic stability and competitiveness in a dynamic geopolitical environment.
