Apstrakt

Liderstvo predstavlјa jednu od tema koja je veoma atraktivna, posmatrano i sa aspekta teorije i sa aspekta prakse. Jedna od teorija liderstva koja je u velikoj meri istraživana je teorija liderstva koja obuhvata transformacioni, transakcioni i laissez-faire stil liderstva, kao i ishode liderstva koji se ogledaju u efektivnosti lidera, zadovolјstva liderom i dodatnom naporu. Organizaciono građansko ponašanje i posvećenost zaposlenih predstavlјa konstrukciju koja dotiče gotovo sve delove upravlјanja lјudskim resursima. Ako se svaki deo lјudskih resursa ne reši na odgovarajući način, zaposleni tada ne uspevaju u potpunosti da se posvete poslovnim aktivnostima, smanjuje im se posvećenost organizaciji, što se negativno odražava na celokupno poslovanje. Cilј rada je uticaj povezanosti navedenih stilova liderstva na organizaciono građansko ponašanje i posvećenost zaposlenih. Predmet rada predstavlјa analiza dosadašnjih istraživanja koncepata transformacionog, transakcionog i laissez-faire liderstva na organizaciono građansko ponašanje i posvećenost zaposlenih.
