Apstrakt

Ugostiteljstvo je danas sve više razvijeniji sektor u međunarodnoj ekonomiji, a inovacije kao i njegovi rezultati relativno su novi predmeti istraživanja. Svrha studija jeste da se identifikuju inovativne inicijative koje su sprovedene u određenom sektoru, a posebno u poslednjoj deceniji, kao i one strategije i prakse koje pomažu u inovacijama u ovom sektoru širom sveta. U sadašnje vreme svi bi hteli da budu ispred svoje krivice kao i da vode svoju industriju dajući primer drugima koje treba slediti. Inovacije se smatraju najefikasnim alatom za konkurentne prednosti u mnogim ekonomskim aktivnostima, ali mu je potreban pouzdan pratilac kako bi postigao uspeh. Inovacije u mnogim oblastima mogu biti zanimljive i uzbudljive, ali u turističkim uslugama i industriji ugostiteljstva, razmatranje kulturne raznolikosti i potreba i očekivanja kupaca neophodno je za utvrđivanje vrednih odluka i metoda. Inovacije se odnose na proces korišćenja bilo koje nove ideje za rešavanje problema. Ideje za reorganizaciju, smanjenje troškova, uvođenje novih budžetskih sistema, poboljšanje komunikacije ili sastavljanje proizvoda u timovima jesu takođe delovi inovacija. Tokom poslednjih nekoliko godina, pronalasci u ugostiteljstvu su se razvijali ubrzanim tempom. Tokom poslednjih godina u svetu dolazi do savremenog uređenja hotelskih soba. Savremene inovativne aktivnosti uključuju tehnološke i netehnološke aktivnosti koja industrijska preduzeća pokušavaju da iskoriste i steknu konkurentsku prednost na tržištu. Značajan deo sektorskih inovacija uključuje inovacije koje se više primenjuju na postupcima i upravljanju nego na samom proizvodu. Tokom poslednje decenije preduzeća iz ugostiteljskog sektora koristila su tehnološke ili netehnološke inovacije kako bi poboljšala svoj plasman u konkurenciji.
