UTICAJ COVID-19 PANDEMIJE NA DIGITALNU TRANSFORMACIJU RADNOG OKRUŽENJA U OBRAZOVNOM SEKTORU: SISTEMATSKI PREGLED LITERATURE

Apstrakt

Efekti pandemije COVID-19 su primjetni skoro u svim sferama rada privatnog i javnog sektora. Način obavljanja posla, kupoprodaje, komunikacije ali i učenja je značajno i po mnogim autorima, trajno izmjenjen. Proces digitalne transformacije rada je složen i multidisciplinaran i značajno se manifestovao u pojedinim sektorima kao što je obrazovanje koje je ubrzalo svoju digitalizaciju i bilo jedan od sektora koji je značajno promijenio način funkcionisanja kao direktna posljedica pandemije. U radu je dat sažeti sistematski pregled literature na osnovu ključnih baza naučnih publikacija uz prikaz nekoliko studija slučaja. Baze koje su uključeni u ovoj pregled su: WoS, Scopus, IEEE i SpingerLink. Kao osnova za pretragu su korišćene riječi, na engleskom jeziku: COVID-19 i digitalna transformacija. Dalje su radovi filtrirani po različitim jezičkim, vremenskim i tematskim ograničenjima. Kao osnova za metodološki pristup sistematskom pregledu literature je korišćena metogologija koju je razvila profesorica Barbara Kirčhajm. Rad daje i set preporuka na osnovu važeće literature vezanih za prednosti i nedostatke trenutnog nivoa digitalne transformacije rada u obrazovnom sektoru kao i moguće osnove daljih tematskih istraživanja povezanih sa oblašću digitalne transformacije u ovom i srodnim sektorima.
