Apstrakt

Upravljanje performansamaje jedan integrisan pristup koji obuhvata planiranje, usmeravanje, koordinisanje i kontrolisanje aktivnosti u organizaciji radi realizacije postavljenih ciljeva. Uzevši u obzir razvoj upravljanja performansama i sve složeniju strukturu i količinu podataka, postaje neophodna podrška informacionih tehnologija (IT) u samom procesu obrade tih podataka za potrebe upravljanja performansama. Teško je zamisliti da bi se bilo koji model upravljanja performansama mogao uspešno implementirati bez adekvatne tehnološke podrške.IT podrška je ključni nosilac uspešnog upravljanja performansama u preduzeću.
